To initiate a case, simply navigate to Amazon Seller Central and log in. Once you have successfully logged in, proceed to click on 'Help' located at the top right corner of the screen.
After accessing the help section of Amazon Seller Central, scroll down to the "Need more help?" section and click on "Get support" to proceed.
Next select: 'Selling on Amazon'
Within the open case, you have the option to describe your specific issue and initiate the case. Feel free to include relevant text from the email notification or simply request a re-measurement as needed.
Then, you can proceed to open additional cases for any other instances of incorrect dimensions and weights that you may have encountered.
